Returns:
Products can be returned within 14 days if the seal has not been broken.
Opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Received a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please notify us by email at info@heipoa.nl. Always state the order number and give a clear description of the finding. Adding one or more photos of the survey accelerated the process in which we can handle your email. We are looking for a suitable solution with you.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 – Definitions
Entrepreneur: Modaa B.V. established in Haarlem, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 34166388
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business.
Retailer: The entrepreneur who acts in the performance of a profession or business
Agreement: the distance purchase agreement between entrepreneur and consumer.
Products: skincare products, cosmetics, and related items offered via the webshop.
Article 2 – Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement concluded.
2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
Article 3 – The Offer
The products offered are described as fully and accurately as possible.
Images are a true representation, but colors may differ due to screen settings. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
The entrepreneur confirms the order by email.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made via the offered payment methods.
The entrepreneur may refuse an order for valid reasons, such as payment problems.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
The stated delivery times are indicative.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed accordingly.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. Exception for hygiene products
If the seal is broken, a product cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Article 8 – Return procedure
Return shipments must be sent within 14 days of withdrawal.
The costs of return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
Article 9 – Warranty and liability
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and reasonable requirements of soundness.
Skincare products can cause reactions from person to person. The entrepreneur is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
The consumer is responsible for checking ingredients in case of allergies.
Article 10 – Complaints
Complaints can be reported via info@heipoa.nl.
The entrepreneur will respond to a complaint within 14 days.
Article 11 – Privacy
The entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement on the website. Article 12 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Article 13 – Disputes
Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the district where the entrepreneur is established.
